We had a little shin-dig at the pool yesterday to celebrate Presley's 1st birthday with grandparents and friends. Since she LOVED eating the sand at the beach, I decided to make her a sand pail cake. The pictures say it all.

You're so creative with the birthday cakes - first with the stack of pancakes and then with the sand cake. She looks like she was loving the "sand" - she'll be super confused the next time you go to the beach. :)
