What to do on a rainy day?

I know it's cloudy, but this glare is killin' me!
We love it when Reese smiles. Her whole face lights up and makes us so happy!

There she is jump, jump, jumpin' in those puddles. Reese cannot stop jumping. She hops everywhere she goes. It is too funny!

It has been raining non-stop here. And getting tough to keep the girls entertained inside. Here they are having a blast in the rain. And, yes, Presley IS lapping up that puddle water.

Funny Girls!

Cute things!

Here are some cute things the girls did this week. Reese learned to syringe the water into her mouth when she is thirsty and uses the "Snot-sucker" to do it. Ewww!!! Presley copies everything Reese does. She is trying her best to jump, but can't quite get off the ground. Reese was jumping off the curb yesterday and tried to help Presley by holding her little hands. I had a flash of panic as I envisioned Reese puling Presley off the curb...she could have knocked out her cute little bugs bunny teeth. Reese likes to Buckle EVERYTHING. The car seat, the high chair seat, the stroller seats. She worked on it for an hour last night until she got it. She is a persistent, determined little thing. A great quality I hope she keeps. Presley still makes us laugh with her Growling and cute throaty laugh. She flipped over the arm of the couch the other night. I think she was trying to do a "flipover" that Grammy taught her. Thanks, Grammy! Reese kissed Presley when Presley bumped her head. She is such a sweet big sister and always tries to mother Presley. Last week when Presley started climbing the stairs Reese clapped her hands and said,
"No! Dop! Pa-ly! (Translation: No! Stop!Presley!) She is a little mommy, and since I always have to clap really loud to get her attention, she was doing what I do. Reese and Presley's favorite song is "do as I'm doing". We sing it about 500 million times a day.
Reese learned how to walk her hands across the monkey bars without my assistance. Presley learned to say, "hot", "uh-uh" "cat" and "doggy". Presley walks leaning forward with her arms staight out g jumping jumpinbehind her. We went to Bounce U a few weeks ago for our morning adventure. Reese loves to bounce and had so much fun. She was jumping and bouncing and laughing, then all of a sudden she was gone. She had bounced right out the door. I laughed so hard. She was not laughing though. But it was funny. Both Reese and Presley continue to light up my life. They are too fun. Hard to believe I could love those two little girls sooooo much!

Childrens Museum

Reese loves the water table and spends most of her time watering the flowers.
Presley Bleu loves the sandbox and loves to EAT the sand. She is still pooping sand. I guess it is a good exfoliator for the colon.

The baby room is one of their faves.

Reese loves to rock her baby and push the button that plays the world lullabies.

Who needs toys when they get this much peasure playing with the remote control?

My baby is not a baby anymore!
Me and my girls!

Presley LOVES it when Reese hugs her and tickles her!

Look at that grin! You can't get any cuter than that!

Presley "Jane" Fonda!

Reese knows just what to do with the snot-sucker.
Presley loves putting olives on her cute little fingers.

Scary Daddy!

They have more fun sitting on the toybox, than they do playing with what is inside.

Last week Presley was sitting INSIDE the window frame while the window was open. I about had a coronary thinking about what would have happened if the screen fell out!

Silly Presley

Every night when I go to sleep, I think about our day and what we did and the funny things Reese and Presley did that day. I can't help but smile when I think of Silly Presley. She is such a funny kid. She still growls. And smiles 24-7. Take a look for yourself. Here she is in her Daddy's favorite basketball jersey dress.

Reese's Birthday

Presley took over Reese's brthday trike!
You can see Reese was absolutely ecstatic about her gift.

Her actual Birthday muffin. We went swimming at Tanglewood pool. She was wading in the deep part of the baby pool. Whenever she got to deep and we would try to help her, she would scream..."nooooooo!", as she gagged on the water and you could only see nose and lips because the rest of her was submerged. That silly kid would rather drown than let someone help her.

Reese's Birthday cake. (since she loves "FISSSSSSSSHHHHH!" so much).
