The big reveal!

Guest poser! His thigh was bigger around than I am.!
This guy was a beast! Check him out!

Thats me, # 83, front and center!

Is that me, all bedazzled? You betcha!

Take that, ga-dunk-a-dunk!

Well, after lots of hard work, the day of the figure show has come and gone! I looked pretty good, but got too nervous and did not do well on stage. 3 of the judges told my trainer I would have laces well but looked confused on stage! It is what it is. I will be trying to redeem myself at the next show in June! Thank you all for words of encouragement and support. Thank you, Malcolm from saving me from a liposuction, and thank you Brian, Reese, and Presley for putting up with me smelling like a fish tank and Brussel Sprouts! Loves and kisses to all. More pictures to come. Kathleen, Tiphany, and I had a great time during our downtown photo shoot with Tyson. He had us in the streets of downtown Charlotte strutting our stuff...We stopped traffic, men jumping out of their cars to get their pictures taken wih us, women tellingus they wish they looked like us...It was so fun and what a boost. If we had done the shoot first, I probably would have loosened up on stage. Anyhow, I will post those when I get them, so stay tuned!

So Happy Together!

As you can see from the image below, Reese and Presley are two peas in a pod. They are best friends. Reese is constantly "mothering" Presley. Asking, "You okay?" She also has been climbing into Presley's crib at night to sleep with her. We will hear them talking and giggling. Sure enough, they are in bed together...two peas in a pod.

Daddy hangin' with the girls at the Tanglewood Arboretum.

Presley will be our gymnast....already showing potential on the balance beam.

Following Daddy's rock climbing footsteps, Presley?

Pretty.

Reese is really excited to go see the horses at Tanglewood and walk around the gardens. She's also excited b/c she got some "chicle" (gum).
Presley sucking on her baby's paci.

Bunny amongst the tulips!

Presley lovin' Annies fruit bunnies.

Reese got a color Wonder stamper set from the Easter bunny and she loves it. We love it, too...no mess!

D
Reese got her "Wwworsie"

And Presley got a "beebee"

We read the "Tale of the Three Trees" which is becoming our Easter Morning tradition. It is a great story about 3 trees who grow up to serve the Savior. I highly recommend it.

Dontcha' just love it when you get hugs like this in the morning?

We had a great Easter. The weather was perfect and my tulips were in full bloom! We even had a bunny amongst them that morning. Here are some (lots) of pics from our Easter 2010.

The Tanglewood "Lillies Festival"

Reese waiting patiently to give the bunny a high five.
Presley breaking the rules....

Presley has finally learned to play with sand, as opposed to eating it.

Presley and Trish lovin' the globo
Reese making "big bubbles".

The Hare Run....Reese and Presley had to hop and chase the hare...Reese was right up there next to the bunny, of course.

The duck pond was cute...Presley kept trying to get in with the ducks.

Bouncy house!

Makeup party!

My friend Nancy came over to give me a "new look". The girls were REALLY into it, as well. Reese did her makeup all by herself, in case you couldn't tell.

Best Friends!

Sadie and Reese with the Bunny!

The Return of the Reester Bunny!

We went to Hanes Park today for the Easter Egg Hunt. Reese and Presley maybe found one egg each and really didn't care too much about it. Reese was so distracted by the Easter Bunny. At first she just wanted to look, but not get too close. Then she wanted to give him "five", but when he came near, she would back up, then ask another kid to give the bunny "five". Still, she stuck to that bunny like glue...everywhere he went, Reese was right next to him. She finally got up the nerve to give him "five", then she was petting his arm, and offering him jelly bellies. By the end (an hour later), she still had not left his side and she was walking around holding his hand. It was so funny.

Reese and Presley

Reese looking snazzy in mama's "bracette" (All jewelry is considered a bracelet).
Presley yells, "Weeeeeeee!!!!" as she slides down the arm of the couch in yet another of her outfits that she put together.

I am downstairs updating the blog and I hear the girls in their bed singing the abc's and "twinkletwinkle little star". They are so cute together. Yesterday we were playing outside with all the neighborhood kids when Presley walks up to me with the front of her shirt all wet and a strange expression on her face. She was carrying a bubble container...it didn't take long to figure out that she took a gulp of the bubbles...especially when she burped and a huge bubble formed out of her mouth. Ahh, I wish I had it on video...so funny!
