New Tricks!

Reese and Presley learn new tricks every day. Reese can swim from me to the steps by herself and kick and paddle. We are working on her taking a breath. She can blow bubbles in the water and with the bubble wand and can do a big cannonball jump off the couch. Presley is walking all over the place and is EXTREMELY proud of herself for this. She also likes to swim, too. Yesterday while I was holding her in the pool, she started throwing her head back and fussing. I set her on the steps and she turned around, sucked in a breath, closed her eyes, and jumped toard me. Our little guppy wanted to swim. She spent the rest of the afternoon jumping in the pool and swimming to mom and dad. She is such a little fish. She can climb from her little rocking chair onto the couch, do a flipover OFF the couch and climb anything around. She can also say "Thank you" and loves to fold her arms when we say "oracion" ("prayer" in spanish). She loves to do everything that Big Sister Reese does. She is learning to stand up for herself when reese wrestles her to the ground and puts her in a headlock. Reese loves to tickle Presley and give her big hugs and lots of wet kisses. She is still a little jealous at times...but loves her little shadow more than anything in the world. I think I forgot to add this one, but a couple months ago I was having a hard tme getting Reese's attention. I thought maybe she had a hearing problem. One day, Reese was interested in playing with something when I called her name, "Reese!" She didn't respond, so I called her again. "Reese". The third time, "Reese", still no response. Finally, I clapped my hands together and she turned to look at me with one hand on her hip and mockingly said, "Weese, Weese, Weese..." and then she resumed what she was doing. So she doesn't have a hearing problem, just an attitude problem. HaHa. I write all this down, so I can remember it and so they have record of it when I print the blogs for them in book form. So, if you get bored reading all the cute little things my kids do, so sorry, it's a journal for them. Pics coming soon.

I love reading all your funny stories about the girls. It brings a smile to my face. I really need to start writing more on my blog and have it printed out. It is crazy how fast you forget the things they do and when they did them.
