Best Friends!

Reese has become quite the little mommy to her lil' sis. I caught her in action the other day trying to get Presley to stop fussing by putting a pacifier in her mouth. Presley gags on paci's, but thought it was funny nonetheless. Reese also likes to wipe Presley's bum with the baby wipes (Presley is dressed when she does this) and loves to help out when Presley is crying by getting a bottle or sippy cup for her. When Presley is really crying, Reese offers to share her most prized possession...Raisins. They are so funny together. I can't wait for you all to see her.

Reese loved the fruit Grammy got her for Christmas, but loves the fruit BOWL even more. It is her favorite hat. She wears it every day.

Presley has two teeth!!!

Our little baby is growing up so fast! She has teeth already, and let me tell you...I wish it was the bottle fed one that got teeth at 6 months instead of the breast fed one. Ouch. Looking forward to her getting top teeth so she can REALLY do some damage to the nippies!

PlayTime

So, while it has been 10 degrees outside, we have been playing inside. We finally got a toy chest and as you can see, Reese loves to play IN the chest instead of taking the toys out to play. (Does that bring back memories from your childhood, NinNin, when you SLEPT in the toy box)? She also likes to climb up on the toy saucer, even when Presley is inside of it. One day last week I heard Presley squeaking and there was Reese in the swing, on top straddling Pres, poking her eyes. Awe-some! Anyhow, slim is still slim and noodie batoodie in her play saucer, but can now sit up by herself for a little while. Her bottom teeth are about to come through, and she is sleeping through the night consistently, FINALLY. Reese is quite the character...loves to sing and dance and tries her best to talk. Yesterday at church while me and JJ were nursing babies and our older babies were running around the mothers lounge, Reese decided to have a conversation in "Reeseonese" with Ella Joy. Ella Joy just stared at her, scrunched up her nose and asked,"Weese, Whatchyou TALKIN' Bout?" It was pretty funny. Oh, they grow up so fast, and I am kind of sad about it. But still not sad enough to have another one, yet. Hope all is well with all of you.

My babies absolutely LOVE their bath time. Presley enjoyed taking a bath with Reese for the first time. I still have to be careful putting the two of them together. Reese loves Presley, but also loves to mess with her. SHe pulled her off the couch the other day, and whacked her over the head with a book. Hopefully Presley has a hard head, like her mama. But Reese also loves to hug and kiss her and push her around in her baby doll stroller. Check 'em out!

So, Reese got this game tight puzzle with animals...When we ask her what the Lion says, she says, "RRRaaarrr!!!!" It is so funny.
