Our little baby is growing up!!!!

Time to have another one! Our little Presley can now say "DaDaDaDa...". It lights up Daddy's life. That little baby has him absolutely wrapped around all ten little fingers. She also clapped today for the first time and pulled herself up to a standing position. And she wouldn't sit still at church. She was all over the place. I love to see her grow and change and learn new things, but at the same time I am sad my little chee-chee is growing up so fast. Reese is getting to be such a big girl, too. Theother day she came downstairs with her shoe on...it was buckled AND on the right foot. She was so cute today...Presley started coughing while I was in the kitchen and Reese went right to her and started patting her on the back. Oh, thank heaven for these little cute girls!

Fun with Stickers

The girls got stickers in their Easter baskets and had a blast sticking them all over themselves. I am finding stickers all over the house...and on our clothes, in their hair, they're EVERYWHERE! But they had fun and that is all that matters. Reese also got into my drawer today while I was in the shower...she found a tube of lipstick....it was all over the place. I would have taken a picture, but i was noodie batoodie and soaking wet. It was a mess, though, as I am sure you can imagine. This week Reese decided she is done with her high chair and would like to sit at the table with us...she is so happy to be at the big table...as you can see from the pictures below. She also likes to sit ON the table, and apparently have her toe jam for a snack, which you can also see in the pictures below. Presley is getting cuter all the time...she is now getting on her knees and crawling (in reverse). She has 4 teeth and her hair is starting to look like a toupee. There is only one problem with this baby...she has the STINKIEST feet. They smell like dirty gym socks. It baffles us how something sooo cute can stink that bad. Reese likes to smell her feet, then plug her nose and say "pee-yu!". Very funny!

Happy to be a Momma!

You know how somedays you are just so extremely grateful to be a mom...and to have the children you have? I am loving it more and more every day as I watch Reese and Presley grow. I love Reese's big hugs, how she sqeezes so hard she shakes...I love her deep belly laugh, when she throws her head back and says, "HO-HO-HO". I love Presley's cheesy grin, her super stinky feet, and the way she grabs my nose and eyebrows and hair while nursing. I love watching Brian play with them...how he runs around the house chasing Reese while holding Presley; the way Presley laughs her deep, throaty laugh, and how Reese sqeals..I love that they are my girls, and Heavenly Father gave them to me and not to anyone else...I love that Brian wanted girls, not boys! And I love that we are a family and have been blessed with health, love and happiness. I hope you all find as much joy in your family as I do in mine.

Reese had so much fun...after collecting her eggs, she squat down, opened one at a time, looked inside, then chucked it, and went on to the next egg.

"Daddy, I can carry my own basket! I will do it myself". I am sure that is what she was thinking.

Reese has a VERY keen eye, and can find things no one else can.

Headstand...to a somersault. Reese likes to stand on her head, do somersaults, jump super high and eat raisins upside down. What talent!
