Though HIDEOUS, this picture is too funny not to post.

Our Family!

Feelin' the Valentines Day love!
Daddy also luvs Annies bunny gummy snacks and waits for his opportunity to steal Presley's.

Reese keeps a safe distance from Dad so he can't take any of her bunnies!

Vanessa and Sadie join in the V-day festivities. We sure do luv them and are so sad they will be moving soon.

Getting the dinner table ready!

Locked in!

So, the girls are obsessed with the bathroom. There is just so many fun things to play with. The toilet brush, plunger, tampons...and the water doesn't taste bad either, according to Presley. Well, It is also my "office". I was in there, doin' my "business" and on the phone, when the girls decided to have a playdate in there. I asked Brian to take them out. A few minutes later, I was attempting to open the door when I realized Brian latched the door from the outside so the girls couldn't get in. Which meant I couldn't get out. I knocked a few times, but no one came to my rescue. Thank goodness for cell phones. I called to see if he was outside and could he come get me out of the bathroom, but he was already back at work on the car lot. The girls were screaming and crying as I tried to beat the door down. Eventually I pushed hard enough for the latch to rip off the door. Brian had a good laugh.

Big Mama is 33!

Uggh! 33 is closer to 35 than 30...i am officially on my way down the hill. But I feel better than ever. For my big 3-3, I decided to pack in a day of fun. Thanks to all my "Beavers" for my LuLuLemon gift card. I am sure you are all sick of seeing my butt crack as my old lulu's slide down since I have started losing some weight. Allison and Mark, I love the cashew/almond mix instead of cake...they know how strict my diet is and are great supporters of me. You guys rock. I love you all. Then it was off to run with Allison. I love that my running buddy is also a therapist...it is great for the body AND mind. Bounce U was next on the list. The girls LOVE that place. Brian got to come this time and we had a great time. It's hard to tell who has mre fn there, Brain and I or the girls! We love going down the big slide...which is pretty much all Reese wants to do the entire time. She is so good at getting up there. The look on her face as she slides down is priceless. Following an afternoon nap I had a fabulous massage. Thanks, Bill! He gave me a gift certificate for Christmas and it was finally used...Amazing! Then Karen offered to babysit and Brian and I headed out to Greensboro with some friends to rock climb. It was a busy, fun filled day and I thank everyone for calling and texting to make sure my day was special. Shout out to my Momma Jo for Birthing me...I couldn't have done it without you! Haha. And Happy Birthday, RH, my dear ol' Dad, who I love to share my b-day with! Even though you avoided your phone all day...I love you! I hope you had a good day!

Milestones!

Presley is getting so big, so fast. She now weighs 21 lbs. (yay!) and can say a lot of words. She did her first somersault across the floor on Feb. 14th. It was all the way over the top. She can jump off things (like a step or stair) without assistance. She can put her coat and shoes on by herself (even if the coat is backwards, it still counts). We are so proud of our little master of disaster.

Reese, the little mama!

Today, the girls were having ther lunch at their little table. Presley is more interested in throwing food on the floor than she is interested in eating it. She dumped all her food off her plate, and Reese turned, pointing her finger at her and says, "Pessy, no! You want time out?" Then she put all the food back on the plate and gave it back to Presley to eat. Again, Presley dumped all her foodonto the table. Reese just shook her head, took a deep breath, and said, "Oh, Cwap!" I died laughing, it was so funny! Later, Reese was standing really close to the tv while watching Barney. Presley was just riding on her rocking horse, holding her baby's bottle in one hand, while the other hand was on the rocking horse handle, and her baby's leg in her mouth. Out of the blue, she gets off her horse, puts her baby and bottle down, walks up to Reese, and bites her on the arm. Then she turns around and goes back to riding her horse, without missing a beat. Reese looked at me with her mouth hanging open. She was too stunned to cry. I'm sure Presley was thinking about all the times Reese has picked on her and figured that it was as good a time as any to finally get even. Hahahahahahaha!

Valentines Day Party!

They were really into decorating those cookies!
Everyone dancing and jumping around. Here is Presley leading Karen around by her finger. She has started doing this lately where she will grab my finger and say, "mama..step up". It's so cute.

Presley didn't like my peanut butter and jelly sushi rolls so much, but she sure did enjoy eating her yogurt with the chopsticks.

Mama's attempt to make food more appealing. Seems like I have to work really hard to get them to eat anything these days. It's all about the presentation. It still didn't work for this peanut butter and jelly "sushi sandwich", but I thought it was cute.

We made Valentine crayons for all the kids that came to the party. It was a great idea! Thanks, Jodee!

Some of Reese and Presley's friends came over to have a V-day party. The kids decorated shakers with markers, stickers, and, oh, yes! GLITTER! They had a great time. Then they decorated cookies. They all had so much fun! Thanks for coming to celebrate the LOVE!

winter blues

Our new church schedule is from 1-4 pm. Need I say more? (the hickey on Reese's forehead is from daddy suction cupping Reese with her toothbrush.More Daddy torture.

Reese getting daddy back by sticking him all over with stickers.

The snow keeps on coming!

Presley is ready to go out and play in the snow.

Bounce U....the happiest place on earth!

Bounce U is officially Reese's happy place. That girl has more fun jumping than anything else. It was so great to have Daddy with us...even if only for 15 min. before work called and he had to go. I am glad he got to spend some time with his girls having fun. Reese is little miss independent and climbs up the ladders all by herself. Presley is still a little scared to go by herelf, but she has fun with momma (and momma has fun, too). Reese and Presley have been having so much fun together lately. The other day when Presley was crying, Reese came to her and kissed her on the head, rubbed her back and asked, "Pessey, you ok? Why you kying? Want kiss? (smooch!) All better?" It was so sweet. I wish I had it on video. Then 5 mintes later they were wrestling each other on the floor, pullig each others hair and pinching. It's kinda funny, as long as no one gets hurt. Anyho, more pictures coming soon. This snow weather is about to drive me bonkers. Thank goodnes for Barnes and Noble storytime, bounce u, and the childrens museum. And of course, all our sweet little friends that love to come over and Dance the night away (dancing is another of Reee and Presley's favorite things to do. Presley loves "the wheels on the bus" song and rolls her hands. It is so cute. Reese loves Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA" and "Who Let The Dogs out". She knows almost all the words. too funny.
